Video Documentation of the 2019 Stomp
For those who could not attend, the process began with registration. Each STOMP-OFF consisted of a competitive interaction between two (2) Stomp Teams situated in either the left Stomp Barrel or the right Stomp Barrel. Each Stomp Team must have two (2) members to allow for a switch between the positions of “stomping” or “sculling” during the grueling, non-stop 4 minute Stomp. Joe Marine, “Master of Stomp” and his staff launched each “Stomp-Off” with the hand held Stop Watch of Time Keeper. Please note the furious activity of the rest of the Staff in the handling of the barrels, the grape weigh-in, the juice weigh-out, the foot measurements and the other supportive interactions between Stompers and Staff.
